Theodoros Loukaidis is the Director General of the Cyprus Research & Innovation Foundation (RIF), the national funding agency for research, technological development and innovation in Cyprus. Prior to joining RIF in 2020, Mr. Loukaidis held strategy and business development roles within large multi-national corporations, including CKHH and Colt. He has led the launch of new lines of business and has taken new services to the market. He holds an MBA from Warwick Business School, UK, an MSc degree in Communications and Signal Processing from Imperial College, London and a BEng (Hons), First Class, in Electrical and Electronic Engineering from UMIST, UK.
