Solomon is an economist and manager with over 15 years of leadership experience in Israel and the United States. He is the founder of Haile Scale, an entrepreneurship and acceleration program at Reichman University for Israelis of Ethiopian descent. The program aims to cultivate a leading leadership cohort within the community, serving as role models for success and integration—both in key positions within the high-tech industry and in leading innovative technological ventures. Previously, Solomon was a partner and Chief Business Development at the startup MetekuAI , currently serving as a board member). Nowadays, he is working on launching a new investment fund that will support diverse startups that one of the founders is Israeli Ethiopian. In a voluntary capacity, he serves on the Young Leadership Board of the Friends of the IDF (FIDF) in Los Angeles, participates as a speaker/panelist for the Zionist Organization of America (ZOA) in the U.S., and is an active alumnus of Atidim, a social mobility program. Salomon is an IDF academic reservist and holds a Bachelor’s degree in Economics and Business Administration as well as a Master’s degree in Business Administration.
