Rabea Zioud, hailing from Shafa-Amer, is a dedicated entrepreneur, lecturer, community leader, and catalyst for change, committed to making a positive impact on society and the world. With a unique background in physiotherapy and extensive experience in management and business development within the social impact sector, Rabea is driven to support and propel startups, fostering their growth and expansion on local and global scales. At the age of 20, Rabea embarked on his entrepreneurial journey, subsequently immersing himself in the Israeli startup ecosystem. He has held the position of VP for the MENA region at Voiceitt, a MassChallenge finalist in 2014. Additionally, Rabea co-founded Hasoub, a non-profit grassroots movement that has emerged as a leading force in advancing tech and entrepreneurship within the Arab society, where he currently serves as CEO. Rabea’s involvement in the social impact arena extends to his participation in the German-Israeli Young Leaders Exchange in 2017 and the Digital Changemakers Delegation 2019: The Power of Startups held in Hong Kong. In 2021, he participated in the Gig economy study tour with FNF World Order and Globalization Hub. Rabea also imparts knowledge and expertise as a teacher of entrepreneurship and innovation courses at Ono Academic College. Most recently, Rabea spearheaded the establishment of Hasoub Garage, the first innovation center for the Arab society in Israel. Moreover, he successfully secured two governmental tenders amounting to a total of $5M. Rabea’s marketing experience stems from his multifaceted roles throughout his career.
