I’m currently engaged as the Director of Innovation at CrazyLabs, where I have the privilege of merging my passion for gaming with the fascinating world of generative AI technologies. My journey over the years has allowed me to explore various aspects of gaming technology, user experience, and content creation. At CrazyLabs, my focus is on harnessing AI to enhance gaming experiences and production, a challenge that involves both strategic planning and hands-on collaboration with innovative startups. My involvement with GameIS as its former CEO/Chairman was a deeply rewarding experience, offering me the chance to contribute to the Israeli gaming community’s growth. The role provided me with a platform to support local developers and promote the industry both domestically and internationally. It was an opportunity to learn from the community just as much as it was to lead. As an educator and mentor at Shenkar, I’ve had the pleasure of guiding future talents in gaming development. Working with students on over 250 game projects has been one of the most fulfilling aspects of my career, allowing me to share my experiences and learn from the fresh perspectives they bring to the table. My journey in gaming is a continuous learning experience, and I’m eager to see where this path will lead next. In addition to my professional pursuits, I’ve had the honor of volunteering as the head of “Shevet Aviv” – the local Scouts tribe. This role has not only been a way to give back to the community but also a source of personal growth and fulfillment. Guiding young individuals, fostering their development, and watching them grow into responsible members of society has been an enriching experience that complements my career in the gaming industry.
