With extensive experience across both high-tech and non-profit sectors, Chen has a proven track record in management, business development, strategic planning, and organizational leadership. She serves as a board member at SCOLA, Yozmot, Aclimathon, and the IL Investors Forum, actively contributing to entrepreneurship, strategic growth, and sustainability initiatives. Before her current role, Chen held leadership positions in various technology companies and organizations, gaining a broad perspective on the challenges and opportunities shaping today’s businesses.
