• Daniel Dikovsky is the CTO of Redefine Meat, an Israeli meat company that makes premium beef cuts using plants instead cows. • Redefine Meat utilize plant-based ingredients for creating meat components and employ proprietary food manufacturing systems for combining these components into steaks. Redefine Meat is world’s first company to mass-produce and distribute animal-free premium whole muscle cuts. • Daniel joined the company in 2019, following his innovation career in Stratasys, the 3D Printing company. In Stratasys Daniel led the development of various multi-material 3D and 4D printing technologies, including Digital Anatomy printing, that today enables 3D printing of human body parts and replaces cadavers and animals in various medical applications. • Daniel holds a Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in Chemistry from the Hebrew University and did his Ph.D. research in Technion’s Biomedical Engineering department, where he developed novel Tissue Engineering systems, based on hybrid 3D scaffolds. • To date, Daniel has authored more than 40 patent families in the fields of 3D Printing and animal-free meat.
