Ventura has over 20 years of experience in luxury, technology, innovation, and investment, working with leading companies such as LVMH, Gucci, Prada, Apple, Lane Crawford Joyce Group, VenturaXVentures, and White Star Capital.
As General Partner & Chief Catalyst Officer at White Star Capital, she drives global growth by connecting entrepreneurs, family offices, institutional investors, and strategic corporates. White Star Capital, a multi-stage technology investment platform with $1.5 billion in AUM, operates across North America, Europe, the Middle East, and Asia. Ventura established its Asia headquarters in Singapore and its MENA presence in Abu Dhabi and Dubai.
Through VenturaXVentures, she has invested in over 25 companies and multiple funds, co-investing with global family offices. She is a member of the Global-Asia Family Office Circle and Family Office Alliance.
Previously, Ventura was Chief Catalyst Officer at Lane Crawford Joyce Group, where she developed investment networks and led blockchain-based innovation in luxury. At Apple, she spearheaded the opening of Apple Hong Kong & South China, scaling a team of 1,500 and contributing to $8.8 billion in revenue. She also held leadership roles at Prada, Gucci, and LVMH.
Ventura holds degrees from Ramon Llull University, IESE & CEIBS, and has studied at MIT, Harvard, Stanford, INSEAD, and Kauffman Fellows. She advises startups, serves on several boards, and is involved in initiatives promoting DEI, blockchain, and innovation.
